Is AICHITECT a replacement for my consultant or architect?

No. AICHITECT doesn’t replace your professional team—it enhances it. Think of us as an independent checkpoint to test your decisions before submission. Most of our users are architects, developers, homeowners and consultants who want an extra layer of certainty early in the process.

Do you have a vested interest in the outcome of my project?

Other than wanting you to be successful, we have none whatsoever. AICHITECT offers completely unbiased assessments. We don’t offer downstream services like planning representation, design revisions, or development consultancy—so we have no incentive to push a particular outcome. Our only goal is to give you an honest prediction.

Will my data and plans be kept confidential?

Yes. All project information is handled securely and is never shared or used for purposes outside your assessment. We are fully compliant with GDPR and industry-standard data protocols.

What if my design changes after the assessment?

If you’ve significantly revised your plans, we recommend running a new assessment. The risk profile can shift with even small design changes. Some of our users choose the subscription model for this reason—it allows for multiple assessments across evolving schemes.

Can I speak to someone before purchasing?

Absolutely. We understand that each project is different. You can book a short discovery call with our team to ask questions and make sure the platform is the right fit for your stage and goals.

Do you offer support after the report?

Yes. While we don’t offer planning consultancy, we do provide follow-up clarification if you have questions about your report. We’re also happy to speak with your team—whether that’s your architect, consultant, or internal planning lead.

What kind of input do you need from me?

Note: For our early access users, this is limited to users who are ready to or have recently submitted planning or have had a decision back from the Local Authority.

For general users, at a minimum, we’ll ask for:

• Basic project details (site location, type, status)

• Your design drawings (PDF format preferred)

• A description of your planning strategy or intent

We’ll guide you through what to upload once you create your project.

Can I use AICHITECT for pre-application or feasibility stages?

Yes. Many users run assessments before they even commission a full design, to test ideas or assess site risk. We’re most powerful early in the process, before major time or budget has been committed.

Do you support all local authorities?

We initially cover many London boroughs and are adding new ones daily, but soon we will cover all UK local planning authorities. Our system adjusts its scoring logic to reflect both national and local nuances.

What if I’m not sure whether AICHITECT is suitable for my scheme?

We’re happy to advise. You can send us a short description of your project, and we’ll let you know whether an assessment is suitable—or whether you may be better served by another route.
