Our Story
Founded by David Adjei—Chartered Architect, former RIBA Councillor, and University Lecturer, after experiencing how unknown risks cause delays and losses for all on projects.
Joined by Mike De’Shazer, Chief Legal & Technical Officer, an AI and law specialist who has led technology initiatives at JP Morgan and the United Nations.
Together, they combined deep industry knowledge, regulatory insight, and responsible AI to create a neutral platform that provides professionals with clarity traditional methods can’t match.
